Well first, lets decide if you want a dialup internet connection or a high speed (broadband) connection. Broadband internet access typically has speeds that start at 50x faster than dialup internet access. If you are new to the internet or if cost is a factor dialup may be your best bet. However, if you can afford a few dollars more per month, broadband internet access is well worth the value. Even though it may cost a bit more, the speeds are so much quicker it will pay for itself in the amount of time that it will save you.
