What is Adelphia High-Speed Internet?
Adelphia High-Speed Internet is high-speed broadband Internet service delivered to your home through your television cable. Our state-of-the-art fiber optic network delivers the Internet at speeds simply not possible with traditional dial-up services.

How many email accounts come with Adelphia High-Speed Internet?
You get up to 4 emails with Adelphia High-Speed Internet service

When is my bill due?
Please refer to the due date listed on your billing statement. All past due amounts are due upon receipt of your billing statement.

Why do you bill a month in advance?
Cable entertainment services aren't metered like a utility (electric, natural gas, long distance telephone, etc.) where billing is based on actual usage. We are a retail provider of entertainment services so we expect payment before the service is used.

How do I correct a billing error?
If you believe there is a billing error on your account, please call our customer service office.

How do I correct/change my mailing address?
To add a mailing address or correct an existing mailing address on your Adelphia account, please contact customer service at the number listed on your billing statement or stop by your local Adelphia office.

My payment doesn't show up on my recent bill, who do I contact about this?
Sometimes, payments are received after the next billing statement has already printed. To ensure that we did receive your payment, please contact customer service.

If I can't find my bill where can I get another copy?
We are unable to provide you an exact duplicate of any billing statement, therefore you should contact our customer service office. By doing so we can provide you with a screen print of the information (including your account balance, charges and other messaging) that printed on your most recent billing statement.

Can I pay/view my bill online?
You can pay your bill online by using our Bill Payment Options service. Adelphia doesn't currently offer customers the ability to view their bill online.

Where can I pay my bill in person?
You may pay your bill in one of our local offices (the address is always listed in the upper left-hand corner of your billing statement). In some areas, we have partnered with other local businesses who are willing to accept payments for your Adelphia services. Please contact customer service for a list of alternate payment locations in your area.

Where do I mail my payment?
If you're unable to use the payment coupon and envelope provided with your billing statement or you no longer have them, please send your payment to your local Adelphia office.

Can you charge my credit card every month?
Not unless you contact us to make a payment each month. Adelphia does not currently offer a recurring credit card payment option. However, we offer an Auto-debit payment option that will automatically deduct funds from a checking account.
